Your feedback, but not your personal information, becomes the property of BEA Systems. If you choose to participate, the data from this survey and your personal information will be shared with the following companies in order to finalize the Collaborative Work, Intalio, SAP AG, and Sun Microsystems, all of which are under a signed agreement with BEA Systems regarding the development of this Collaborative Work and which agreement contains the duty of confidentiality regarding your personal information. BEA Systems and the other companies identified above may contact you through use of your personal information, regarding your feedback.

Your personal information will not be used for any other purpose. Personal information collected from this email will not be shared with organizations external to BEA Systems (other than those companies listed above) without your consent, except to process data on BEA Systems' behalf.
